During a recent controversy regarding the "overtime fees" of airline employees, this monkey or simian virtually mentioned that the act of charging private airline carriers with administrative fees, fines and charges constitutes "kotong". Obviously, this guy haven't read the decision of the Supreme Court regarding Customs fees, the magna carta of MIAA employees and the Immigration Act of 1940 for immigration employees.

Mar Roxas has antagonized many people working at the country's premiere airports. He will not get the support of many CIQS employees because he had already prejudged them as "nangongotong". Ang dalawang kawaning tinutukoy ni Atty. Frank Chavez ay sina Rodelio Udarbe, isang Acting Immigration Officer (IO), at Wesley Gutierrez, security guard pero umaaktong IO.

Sila ay positibong kinilala ng isang testigo na inilutang nina Sandra Scam ‘este’ Cam at Atty. Frank Chavez.

According to Chavez and Cam, sina Udarbe at Gutierrez ang tumulong kina Palawan ex-governor Joel Reyes, na pangunahing suspect sa murder kay environmentalist at commentator Dr. Gerry Ortega, at sa utol niyang si Mario, Mayor ng Coron upang makapuga palabas ng bansa.

Si Gutierrez, ang nagtatak ng pasaporte ng magkapatid na Reyes nang sila ay tumakas papuntang Vietnam noong March 19, 2012 lulan ng Cebu Pacific fligh 5J 751 sa NAIA T-3.

Samantala si Udarbe naman ang nag-eskort sa Reyes brothers mula sa arrival area ng NAIA Terminal 3, paakyat sa departure area, passing through the Immigration lane up to the boarding gate ng Cebu Pacific.

The Reyes brothers did not go to the usual process for departing passengers. Nai-SWING, sabi nga.

“If you do not know these things happened, then two things can happen. It’s either you’re GROSSLY INCOMPETENT for the job, or you’re part of the job. Either way, you have no business continuing service there. You have to resign.”

Zoom MANILA, Philippines - Bureau of Immigration (BI) Commissioner Ricardo David Jr. recently ordered agents to launch a manhunt for a South Korean who was arrested but reportedly escaped from his two jail guards on Christmas Eve while he was confined at a private hospital in Taguig City. David said 54-year-old Kim Taedong escaped from the St. Luke’s Medical Center. Kim had been confined at the hospital since Aug. 26 after he complained of hypertension, diabetes and abdominal pain. Agents of the BI Fugitive Search Unit arrested the Korean last July 5 in Pasig City on the strength of a mission order that David issued at the request of the Korean embassy. Kim allegedly tried to bribe the arresting agents but they turned down his offer. The Korean embassy said Kim, along with nine other suspects, is reportedly wanted for cheating in a baccarat game on three instances at a casino in Seoul, South Korea in 2010. The Dongbu District Court in Seoul reportedly issued a warrant of arrest against the suspects but Kim eluded arrest by fleeing to Manila last April 8. BI Intelligence Division acting chief Ma. Antonette Bucasas-Mangrobang also sought the public’s assistance in locating the whereabouts of the foreign fugitive. To intensify the manhunt operations, the BI had coordinated with the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) and National Capital Region Police Office of the Philippine National Police (PNP) and National Bureau of Investigation (NBI). The BI is also conducting a probe to determine if criminal and administrative charges should be filed against two BI escorts, who were guarding Kim at the time of his escape. Mangrobang added that the jail guards, both from the BI Detention Facility in Bicutan have been placed under preventive suspension. Being a son of NINOY or CORY doesn't immediately amount to anything except that you have inherited their chromosomes and a few milliion blood cells. He is just a fusion of a HERO and a SAINT. He had just impeached a Chief Justice, meddled with the Judicial and Bar Council, suspended the perks, reasonable privileges and allowances of government employees and recently, suspended allowances of the Supreme Court Justices and employees. He has in all vulgarity intervened in Congressional prerogatives and with the Judiciary, negating the Constitutional fact of separation of powers. He has become a child dictator. Whim and caprice. A haciendero with a propensity to make people suffer. Our President today has a tormented mind. His management skill borders on SADISM and VENGEANCE. He has no love for his people and love for country.

He is no ordinary kid. He is not a bad kid either. He is a kid playing KING and GOD among us, in a game of OLIGOPOLY.

Malacanang is his throne.

And we, ARE ALL HIS SUBJECTS.

The People under the Stairs

The movie "People under the Stairs", portray the dreadful story of crazy-like children cannibals living under a house. The residents, being oblivious to the fact of their existence, are killed psychotically, one by one. the film is gory, crazy and spine chilling.The story revolved around the concept about human beings who have entirely lost their sanity and begin to prey on other human beings for existence.

I am reminded of the People who live in the Malacanang Palace today. To me, they portray the cannibals in the previous film. But here, it's the other way around. It's the very people who occupy its corridors are the ones who are acting like modern-day cannibals. These people, like P-noy, Lacierda, Carandang, Valte, Henares, De Lima, Abad, Ochoa and Roxas demonstrate no empathy, no courtesy and especially, no human kindness. They are likened to wayward kids who have lost their fathers love and discipline or kids who never grew up to love their fathers or mothers. Maybe they missed childhood. Or even skipped it. Maybe they were bullied as children that they developed no love for the day and for the schoolyard. They are like children hiding in the closets, afraid of what might other people say to them. Or on what might other people do to them. These same people from Malacanang, could not connect. They have no love. Their maturity did never blossom. They have no feelings. They are no human. They are mutants. In fact, they are cannibals. The most insecure among the rest. They were people who, at one time, LIVED UNDER THE STAIRS.
 All of them. No exception.

Today they are eating Filipinos up for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They not only mismanage government offices like hell, but they also suspend privileges and the benefits of living people. With their sanctimonious words and faces, they presume to order people around, judge people by their political affiliations not caring on whether they are hardworking or honest, insult their dignities of person. A popular example was the former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Philippines. And just for that, the Aquino government, these same cannibals suspended the allowances and benefits of SC employees who have supported the former Chief Justice. What cannibals!

When people living under the stairs begin to see the light of day, the world becomes upside down.

And most of us, WILL BE EATEN UP ALIVE!

This is the guy who wants to make us all SLAVES in our OWN Country.

You must consider the fact that when he assumed office, he made an executive order, creating for a so - called, "rationalization of expenditures". By that he has effectively removed all the legal allowances and healthy allowances of many government employees. Dinamay po niya lahat ng agency including the Post Office, PAGASA, DOJ and even the Supreme Court allowances of employees and Justices. Unlike GOCC's like GSIS, PAGCOR or SBMA, ordinary government agencies do not even have enough allowances for their employees considering tha the cost of living in the NCR is high. Not to mention the fact that this is precisely the reason why we should be giving high allowances and incentives in government service so we will attract the best and the brightest among our servants and applicants. But instead, PNOY the Emperor suspended everything. In the Weather Bureau alone, PAGASA, he suspended all the allowances including the hazard pay of all the employees to the dismay of the weathermen. Come to think of it, nagduduty sila ng 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, tapos all-weather pa sila, tapos tatarantaduhin lang ng Presidente nating Pulpol? No wonder this country is going to the dogs. Noynoy Aquino is a Sham. He is an abnormal being , a dimwit, no empathy and a BUFFOON. A President must always think of the welfare of his people. Especially with those that have also sworn with him to assist in governance. PAGASA employees are government workers. Their duty is to warn us of potential weather disturbance or typhoons. PNOY the Abnormal Emperor is already murdering them and their families. Other agencies in the Philippine government at this time have their allowances suspended.

Noynoy has no moral values. He does not deserve our support anymore. It's been almost 2 decades after EDSA. Everything is just the same. the only difference is that there are many OFW's now. Mas marami lang ang pumapasok na pera ngayon sa Pinas ng dahil sa remittance. But for the rest of us, laborers, agricultural businessmen, traders, salespeople and middle class, we have virtually nothing.
